Santa Monica College to offer in-person classes for fall 2021

 


 

  • Santa Monica College will offer 484 class sections in-person for the fall 2021 intake which begins on 30 August
  • Santa Monica College retains a flexible, nimble approach that follows science and public health guidance, while keeping students’ and employees’ wellbeing the highest priority.



Western University kicks off more initiatives for 2021



 

 

  • Scholarships. The first round of recipients of the New Western International Scholarships have been notified of their awards via email and their scholarship letter is also visible on their Western Student Center. Agents can download their International Scholarship flyer
  • Student Direct Stream (SDS). If students are eligible and are applying for a study permit using the Student Direct Stream (SDS) application process, Western will automatically issue them an Official Western Letter that confirms they have accepted their offer of admission and that they have submitted a tuition payment
  • Conversion sessions. Recorded webinars for offered students can be viewed here. Other upcoming webinars for offered students are posted here
  • New program to be launched. Western is excited to announce a new major in Climate Change and Society.  Once finalised, the program will appear on the Accelerate platform.



Griffith College updates for September 2021 arrivals



 

  • Programs are expected to be delivered on campus for those who travel to Ireland
  • For those who do not arrive in time, programs for the fall semester will be recorded
  • Fully vaccinated people are exempt from hotel quarantine (translated proof required)
  • Griffith College will subsidise single student travellers by 30% who are required to stay in mandatory hotel quarantine.
